Privatal is currently working exclusively with a private equity investor in the search for a new group CFO for their FMCG asset.

The Ideal CFO Profile

• Demonstrated experience in business models related to consumer service, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or similar business models.
• Demonstrated experience in restructuring, hands-on mentality, refinancing, and reorganisation on an international level
• Demonstrated experience in exit readiness, ideally leading a private equity exit.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks for covenant reporting in an LBO scenario as well as point of contact for private equity.
• Demonstrated experience in shaping and implementing new international strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in increasing and improving margins of companies, especially related to cash, NWC, and EBITDA.

Fluency in German and English is seen as a must.
