Privatal is currently working with a pan-European private equity investor in the search for a new group CFO for their portfolio company in the TIC, Labs, and professional Service industry.

The CFO Profile

• Demonstrated experience in business models related to professional service, consultancy, TIC, chemicals, labs, broader testing and research.
• Demonstrated experience in Post-Merger Integrations, Consolidation and Synergy realisation of buy and build strategies
• Demonstrated experience in international companies and scale.
• Demonstrated experience in being hands-on, building up teams from scratch, work in Excel when needed, implement new systems, tools, and processes.
• Demonstrated experience in being the point of contact for all stakeholders as banks, auditors, investors, etc.
• Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics for value creation.

Fluency in German and English is seen as a must.
