You will initiate and oversee operational improvement efforts for the EMEA Google Cloud Logistics, analyze operational impacts to inform improvements, work with key stakeholders, motivate innovation within the operational teams, and create presentations or documents for the leadership team highlighting operational performance and improvements. Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of logistics operations managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement, with a strong emphasis on safety, security, and business continuity preparedness.
• Manage a team of Managers who oversee the day-to-day logistics operations and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) vendor performance in assigned warehouse and data center locations, ensuring consistent effective adherence to service level agreements.
• Employ a data-first strategy to manage key performance indicators, vendor scorecards, owning and controlling quarterly budgets. Utilize data to guide decisions and substantiate capital improvement projects.
• Serve as the primary logistics partner to internal Google stakeholders, aligning on priorities and scaling operations to meet shared business goals.
• Identify and lead initiatives to optimize the end-to-end logistics network. Drive process improvements enhancing efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve service delivery across the region.
