About the Role

This position focuses on consultative account management rather than high-volume sales.

Your clients are mature advertisers with significant budgets expecting expert guidance and advanced marketing support.

  • Develop and optimize Google Ads strategies for large German-speaking clients
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and long-term growth plans
  • Build deep trusted partnerships with marketing leaders
  • Provide strategic consultancy across campaign structure bidding targeting and creative direction
  • Align advertising strategies with client business goals
  • Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up sessions
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for advanced Google Ads features and marketing concepts
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing Business or related area or equivalent professional experience
  • C2 German strong English communication skills
  • 1-2 years in sales digital advertising or account management
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads ideally with enterprise-level clients
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and campaign optimization
  • Mid/Senior‑level profile comfortable advising decision‑makers
  • Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication analytical thinking and consultative skills
