Your Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of new clients.
  • Guide businesses through onboarding and help them launch high-performing PPC campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote Google Ads solutions.
  • Identify client goals and offer tailored marketing strategies.
  • Drive performance upselling and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
Requirements
  • Languages: Native / C2 Dutch C1 English (French is a plus)
  • Education: BA / BS degree (preferably in Marketing Business or Communication)
  • Experience: At least 1.5 years in sales marketing or account management
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and AI-based outreach tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive goal-oriented and customer-focused
  • Benelux Market Expertise
  • Understanding of local culture business practices and GDPR regulations
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and strategic relationship building
  • Capable of identifying new opportunities and tracking ROI performance
