Your responsibilities include :

• Further development of the high-performance Go application with gRPC and MySQL , ensuring high performance even with growing data volumes – you build it, you run it
• Making architecture decisions collaboratively within the team, with everyone having the opportunity to actively shape the system’s design
• Optimizing the release process and performance monitoring with OpenTelemetry )
• Mentoring junior developers and working closely within the team
• Taking on technical responsibility with opportunities for personal and professional growth

Requirements

What you bring :

• Solid experience in development with Go, ideally with gRPC and MySQL
• Knowledge in performance optimization , on-premise systems , and monitoring OpenTelemetry , ELK Stack )
