A global biotechnology company based in Bergisch Gladbach is looking for a skilled individual to manage global face-to-face and online product training. Responsibilities include administrative oversight of training sessions, coordinating logistics, and embedding AI-based tools to improve training efficacy. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities in English. This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options and an inclusive work culture focused on innovation in health technology.
As the first point of contact for organizing global face-to-face and online product training you play a key role in delivering smooth and impactful learning experiences.
This position is initially limited to 24 months and can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis (30‑40 hours/week).
