Jobbeschreibung

As the first point of contact for organizing global face-to-face and online product training you play a key role in delivering smooth and impactful learning experiences.

  • You take ownership of all administrative tasks related to in-person training sessions for colleagues, distributors and customers. This includes administrating the Learning Management system, validating training materials and managing event logistics such as booking facilities, hotel accommodations and catering.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment where you continuously seek ways to optimize and standardize processes. As a reliable contact person for internal teams, trainers and customers you ensure clear communication and efficient coordination.
  • In addition you actively research, evaluate and integrate AI-based tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of training.
  • You set up online classes by working closely with subject matter experts and project stakeholders using authoring tools to structure and publish learning modules. Supporting the broadcasting and recording of webinars and online courses—both internal and customer-facing—is another part of your role.
Qualifications
  • You have a solid administrative background or have completed an education in event management or instructional design. Alternatively you hold a bachelor’s degree with a focus on adult education, HR psychology or a qualification such as BTA, MTA or CTA.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously using your strong organizational and communication skills to find effective solutions.
  • You are confident with digital tools and have hands‑on experience evaluating and applying AI technologies to improve learning processes.
  • Even in unexpected situations you remain focused and solution‑oriented.
  • Your English communication skills are professional and effective, allowing you to engage confidently with colleagues and customers.
Additional Information

This position is initially limited to 24 months and can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis (30‑40 hours/week).
