Zusammenfassung

We are looking for a Global Sales Project Manager at a leading manufacturer of chemical products. In this role, you will manage global sales projects, ensure execution of the commercial roadmap, and act as the main contact for Group-IT. Your higher education in Business Management and proven project management experience will be key to success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

  • Proven track-record in project management is essential.
  • Experience in an international context and/or matrix structures is a plus.
  • Additional language skills in German, French, or Italian (B2 level) beneficial.

YOUR TASKS

  • Manage global sales project roadmap across channels
  • Ensure consistent execution of commercial roadmap with project leads & further stakeholders
  • Drive roll-out of global sales projects together with regions
  • Lead and/or contribute to selective projects
  • Align to-be process model for field, tele, depot and digital sales as well as KAM and Pricing
  • Identify & prioritize demand for sales (IT) tooling
  • Act as main global business contact for Group-IT for sales topics
  • Drive & coordinate consistent omnichannel sales tools architecture
  • Support functional heads in department administration
  • Track functional budget


YOUR PROFILE

  • Higher education in Business Management
  • Proven track-record in project management
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • KPI driven mindset
  • Fluency in English, additional language skills in German, French or Italian (B2 level) beneficial
  • Working in an international context and/or in matrix structures is a plus
  • Experience in strategy consultancy and/or direct sales environment is a plus
