• Global project finance strategy and execution
• Leading senior teams across Germany and internationally
• Structuring and closing complex, large‑scale project financings across renewable and infrastructure assets
• Acting as a key partner to the Board, investors, lenders, and JV partners

Profile sought

• Senior project finance leader from a banking background (investment bank, commercial bank, or development bank)
• Extensive experience in non‑recourse / limited‑recourse financing
• Strong origination, structuring, and execution track record
• Deep understanding of the German market; fluent German strongly preferred
