Role Overview :

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts in Germany.
  • This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in food ingredients, exceptional commercial acumen, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including food manufacturers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the food ingredients sector.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and marketing, to align sales efforts with customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.

Requirements
