A corporate services provider is seeking a German speaking Legal Officer (m/f) to manage all aspects of Luxembourg companies, from set-up to liquidation. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, drafting documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates should hold a law degree and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Fluent German is mandatory, and strong English skills are a plus. Offered position is based in Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.

German speaking Legal Officer (m / f)

Responsibilities

• Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions
• Organize board and shareholder meetings
• Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register
• Drafting corporate documents and agreements
• Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments
• Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order
• Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements
Qualifications
• Degree educated in Law
• 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, within a Private Equity structure or fiduciary
• Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken German is a prerequisite - a (very) good level in English is also seen as an advantage
• PC literate (MS Office)
