Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional help desk support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat for media streaming platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, account inquiries, and service-related queries efficiently.
- Walk customers through the features of the platform, enhancing their understanding and usage of the service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Work closely with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to keep your skills sharp and updated with the latest streaming technologies.

Qualifications/Requirements
