(Training in Software Development, AI technologies, IOT, Contact Centre application, Machine Learning, SaaS, Cloud Applications), and more. Very Much of a Customer facing CX ROLE.

Experience Required

The Person

• 2:1 Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / STEM/ Mathematics/ Physics/Chemistry/ Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Natural Science,
• Learning and Developing their skills, (Life learner attitude)
• Experience communicating technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical people
• Experience or knowledge of database query language (i.e. SQL) or a desire to learn
• Some programming languages would be of advantage or a willingness to learn
• Good experience in a customer facing role
• Keen interest in Software Development Applications.
