We’re partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Payroll Coordinator. In this role, you’ll support the payroll process across multiple countries, ensuring smooth communication and flawless coordination but you won’t be running payroll yourself. Instead, you’ll act as the vital link between internal teams, external payroll providers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage payroll data flow for German and Polish markets
  • Liaise with external payroll vendors and internal HR and Finance teams
  • Check data for accuracy and compliance with local regulations
  • Support reporting and documentation processes
  • Provide excellent service and timely responses to employee queries
