A fast-growing digital healthcare company in Berlin seeks a General Manager to drive commercial performance and scalability in its telemedicine business. This role demands strong performance marketing expertise and an understanding of regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, leading performance marketing initiatives, and building a high-performance team. Candidates should ideally have 5-8 years of experience in digital business leadership, particularly in regulated industries like healthcare and telemedicine.

Employment: Full-time
Work model: Minimum 4 days/week in-office (preferably 5)
Salary (base): €70,000 - €90,000, up to €100,000 p.a for exceptional talent
Our clinet is a fast-growing digital healthcare business focused on improving patient access to regulated therapies, with a strong current emphasis on medical cannabis in Germany and is part of a well-established group of companies (since 2018) that has played a meaningful role in shaping the regulated medical cannabis landscape across Europe and beyond. The group brings together complementary capabilities across the value chain, including import and distribution, GMP-aligned manufacturing, and the development of pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis products for European and North American markets.
At its core, the group’s foundation includes a classic B2B distribution business supplying pharmacies with high-quality medical cannabis products. Building on this, the group has expanded into digital health and telemedicine, with a dedicated Telehealth clinic entity that is already operational and positioned for its next phase of growth.
A key part of this ecosystem is a close cooperation with a pharmacy partner, where our client provides the full digital and commercial engine, including IT infrastructure, online shop capabilities, marketing, performance strategy, and social media, while the pharmacy focuses on dispensing and fulfilment. This integrated model creates a strong platform to scale patient access while maintaining the standards expected in a tightly regulated healthcare category.
The Telehealth business remains intentionally lean and entrepreneurial, supported by the group’s broader infrastructure, regulatory experience, and market positioning. This combination offers the momentum of a startup environment with the strategic stability and resources of an established healthcare group, ideal for a General Manager who wants to build, scale, and shape a high-impact digital health business within medical cannabis.
We are looking for a commercially driven General Manager with deep performance marketing expertise and strong general management instincts to lead our German business into its next growth phase.
This is not a “website-only” role. A major part of the challenge (and opportunity) lies in owning and improving the end-to-end patient funnel and the backend platform experience, ensuring that marketing, product, operations, and compliance work seamlessly together.
The role is intentionally titled General Manager - with clear potential to grow into a broader Managing Director scope over time. We’re looking for someone who is excited to build and scale a lean, high-impact business unit in a regulated category, with a hands-on mindset and a strong grasp of commercial and financial fundamentals.
