Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

  • Development and maintenance of user loyalty programs
  • Generating ideas and launching gamification mechanics to drive user engagement (lootbox maps, minigames, scratch card with online and offline rewards)
  • Managing CRM bonus campaigns and user communications

  • Analyzing user behavior and key product metrics, drawing insights from launches

Experience you’ll need to bring:

  • Experience with different CRM systems is a must (Smartico etc)
  • Focus on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty (B2C)
  • Experience with user segmentations, basic knowledge of HTML
  • Experience with analytics tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Spanish will be a plus
