Overview

Our client is a leading Payroll Consultancy and they are looking for a German speaking Payroll Consultant for a 7 month contract.

You will
  • Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup.
  • Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations.
  • Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.
  • Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration / integration issues with global teams.
  • Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.
  • Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery.
You will need
  • Solid knowledge of local payroll and time regulations in Germany and proven expertise in payroll system configuration and integrations.
  • Hands-on mindset with a willingness to explore and apply innovative solutions.
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
  • Previous experience working on international payroll projects is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely, manage tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, global and project teams.
