We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to:

  • design, develop, and continuously improve intelligent digital products and services that support our employees and HR stakeholders — with AI at the core.
  • apply a broad range of modern engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to optimizing performance and accessibility.
  • ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying UBS digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help resolve incidents, and remediate root causes of risks and issues.
  • continuously upskill and explore new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, and make sustainable, forward-looking engineering decisions.
Your team

You’ll be part of the AI Engineering team within the GOTO Group HRCS Technology organization. Our mission is to simplify and digitize the HR application landscape while delivering AI-powered solutions that enhance the employee experience. Based in Poland you’ll work in an agile, autonomous pod alongside product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Your expertise
  • experience with React.js, Next.js, and modern front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • experience with Tailwind CSS and component-based development
  • exposure to GraphQL APIs and client libraries like Apollo Client is a plus
  • understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and accessibility principles
  • experience writing unit or integration tests using React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
  • a collaborative mindset — you enjoy working in cross‑functional teams and are open to feedback and mentorship
  • curiosity about building intuitive, human‑centric experiences that incorporate AI
  • Academic Degree required
