So what is the role?

You support our team by developing and refining user interfaces for our cutting‑edge IoT applications across various platforms, including web, mobile, andmachine‑embedded interfaces.

• Your daily tasks include implementing pixel‑perfect designs in Flutter.
• You are responsible for creatingintuitive and engaging user experiences that delight our customers.
• You take on technical challenges in UI/UX optimization, performance enhancement, and cross‑platform compatibility.
• In the area offeature implementation, you assist with maintaining a high‑quality codebase, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• You collaborate closelywith a small, dedicated team of 2–3 developers to drive the evolution of our IoT products.

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:

• You have delivered key features for theIoT machine, the grinder, and theweb appinterfaces.
• You take ownership of medium‑sized features end to end, from clarifying requirements to shipping to production and maintaining them afterwards.
• You write code that fits our patterns and needs only minimal adjustment during review.
• You’ve helped improve eithertest coverage, code quality, or both.
• You can independently debug issues across Flutter, backend integrations, and app statemanagement.
• You have a measurable impact on app quality and maintainability: fewer regressions, better performance, more stable UI behavior, and faster iteration on UI changes.

What you need for this role:

• A solid technical foundation, whether gained through a computer science degree, a completed apprenticeship, or a strong self‑taught background with concrete, hands‑on projects.
• At least 2 years of practical programming experience; strong experience in another language can compensate for fewer years in Flutter specifically.
• Good working knowledge of Flutter and Dart, including common state‑management patterns such as Riverpod, Provider, Bloc, or MobX.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with app‑wide data/​state flows.
• Ability to build responsive, user‑friendly UIs and a good understanding of mobile/UI/UX fundamentals.
• Basic familiarity with testing and CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Experience with web frontends (e.g., Angular, Next.js).
• Familiarity with Firebase, native mobile features, or Bluetooth/device connectivity.
• Personal or side projects are a significant bonus, as they demonstrate genuine interest and give us insight into your practical experience.
