Join us in reimagining the workplace experience at Parloa. As Front Desk Manager (f/m/d), you are the welcoming face of our Berlin office and a key part of our People & Culture Team. You create a professional, warm, and well‑organized environment where employees, candidates, and guests feel at comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Be the first point of contact at our front desk, ensuring a professional, friendly, and efficient reception for guests and team members
  • Manage and process incoming Jira tickets related to workplace topics
  • Organize, prepare, and keep meeting rooms tidy and ready for use
  • Support the Workplace Team with day‑to‑day organizational and administrative tasks
  • Take a hands‑on, proactive approach to daily operations and problem‑solving
  • Manage office supplies, drinks, and snacks, including ordering, restocking, and inventory checks
  • Handle switchboard operations, visitor management, and incoming/outgoing mail
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across the front desk and office areas
  • Uphold our service mindset and quality standards at all times

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Ability to work on‑site during core office hours (08:30 - 17:30) - of course with a reasonable degree of flexibility
  • Previous experience in reception, office management, hospitality, or a similar role
  • A strong service mindset paired with excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency and strong communication skills in German
  • High organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive way of working
  • Confidence using digital workplace tools and office software
  • A hands‑on mentality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, people‑focused environment
