Your Role
- Sourcing of candidates for all of our open roles worldwide (focus on Europe)
- Presenting candidates for the selection process with the client
- Efficiently identify which candidate matches which roles and able to sell the right role to the right candidate
- Utilize your own sourcing channels and network as baseline to source
- Participate in weekly coordination and best practice exchange meetings with the rest of the Team
Your Qualifications
- 1 year of Recruitment experience at minimum
- Freelance hiring experience is a big plus
- You have, or are able to generate, your own network of candidates given the right roles
- Experienced sourcer adept at finding profiles in specific markets
- Multilingual skills are strongly preferred (German or others)
- C1 English skills
- Interested to work on a commission-based model per hire
