  • Support Sales Representatives during strategic customer interactions (discovery calls, pitches, negotiations)
  • Co‑develop and continuously refine sales strategies to achieve new customer acquisition goals
  • Analyse sales activities and prepare performance updates to support data‑driven decision‑making
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales for mid‑sized and large accounts, ideally in HR Tech
  • Strong expertise in consultative sales methods, negotiation techniques, and CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Ability to guide and influence colleagues without direct leadership responsibilities
  • Analytical and structured mindset with a test‑and‑learn approach to process optimisation
  • German language proficiency at a native/C2 level
