About the Position

This role sits at the intersection of medicine, AI, and product management. You are responsible for shaping the entire product experience—from scientific validity to shipped features—and ensuring that our health technology delivers clear, trusted, actionable insights to users.

Activities and Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Execution

• Define clear product requirements, success metrics, and trade‑offs in collaboration with leadership.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Growth, and Sales to design, build, and launch features.
• Drive PLG loops—onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Use the YOU(th) product daily to deeply understand user experience and identify improvements.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product direction.

Medical & Scientific Ownership

• Define science‑based health scores and recommendations following smartphone‑based screenings.
• Ensure users are never “left alone” after measurement; every result leads to clear meaning and next actions.
• Research which biomarkers, conditions, and diseases are best suited for smartphone‑based screening.
• Help define medical prioritization frameworks (frequency, accessibility, prevalence, impact).

AI & Screening Product Development

• Define medical and biomarker requirements for AI screening models.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to define model inputs & outputs, validate medical relevance, and turn models into product‑ready features.
• Support early POCs and help translate research into ownable IP.

Skills and Experience

• Medical degree (Dr. Med. or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applied to medicine.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product management.
• Previous experience in an early‑stage startup or founding role.
• Ability to move from medical theory to product logic to shipped feature.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, execution‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, early‑stage startup environments.
• Deeply user‑centric; obsessed with clarity, trust, and actionability.

Bonus Qualifications

• Ability to prototype logic, flows, or even ship small things with AI tools.
• Familiarity with PLG products.
• Experience touching compliance, regulatory, or clinical validation.

Timeline and Location

Timeline: Starting ASAP | Time commitment: Full time | Location: Flexible; willingness to relocate to Germany. In‑person presence is a must to build culture and grow together.
