Founding Software Engineer – Berlin (On-site)

Their mission is to revolutionize how creators and brands produce animated content, combining creativity, AI, and technical excellence to make video production faster, smarter, and more accessible. They are now looking to hire three Founding Software Engineers to join their growing team in Berlin, working directly with the founders to help shape both the product and engineering culture from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Build end-to-end features across front and back end using TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Contribute to the development of a proprietary motion-graphics engine powered by AI.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and ship user-facing functionality in short cycles.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance on AWS/GCP infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to define architecture and product direction.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL.
• Cloud experience with GCP or AWS.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English (C1) and willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
• Nice to have: Experience with LLMs or generative AI.
• Nice to have: Background in motion graphics, video tools, or B2C software.
• Nice to Previous experience in a startup or founding role.
