We’re looking for a competitive, driven Account Executive to be our first sales hire - we\'re only 20 months in, but we\'ve already got PMF and are scaling. You\'ll partner directly with the CEO to build our sales motion from the ground up, and be supported by best-in-class sales advisors. If you thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and love turning conversations into closed deals, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Source and close deals: Partner with the CEO and sales advisor to drive outbound and close of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Develop outbound strategies: Build and refine repeatable prospecting motions to target high-ACV prospects.
  • Run sales meetings: Manage the full cycle — from prospecting and qualifying to pitching and closing.
  • Sell to major, enterprise brands: Focus on winning clients with >$1M annual ad spend to set up future %-of-ad-spend contracts.
  • Partner with founders: Collaborate on messaging, positioning, and deal strategy while providing customer insights to shape product and roadmap priorities.
  • Build scalable processes: Lay the foundation for pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing as we scale the team.
