We are looking for a passionate Fleet Manager to join our carsharing team in Germany. You’ll be working on our business vertical, Bolt Drive, impacting the strategy of our car fleet, maintaining its highest level of quality and supervising the on‑street local operations team. Location: Berlin, Germany

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Cooperating with country‑wide partners and key local partners, including vendors and vehicle repair shops.
• Managing the process of infleet and defleet our cars.
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing, repair and inspection, including documenting claims and accidents.
• Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize the downtime of the fleet and coordinating the repair of technical defects on our vehicles.
• Supporting expansion to new cities.

About you:

You have 3+ years experience in fleet management, preferably in the car rental or car sharing industry.

You have good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

You are disciplined, have an attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

You have excellent communication skills in English and German.

You are proficient with Excel.
