Financial Controller | Listed FTSE E-Commerce | Dusseldorf | Up to €150,000 Euros

JasperRose are working with a global FTSE E-Commerce business who is launching their business within the EU markets with aims to make big impacts. Due to rapid growth, they are looking to expand their finance team and are seeking a Financial Controller to lead part of their EU function.

The role:

You will be a senior figure in the global finance function, representing the EU finance function

• Full P&L responsibility for the German, French, UK, Ireland, Netherlands and Polish business functions, including shaping growth within these regions and improving costs and profits
• Senior business partnering with regional leaders, creating business plans, looking at growth opportunities and delivering recommendations
• Identifying financial risk and mitigating these
• Having an operational impact by improving efficiencies, processes and establishing strong control across the functions
• Managing a team of 8 with expectations of the team to grow

The successful candidate:

• ACA/CA Qualified from a Top 4 Practice
• Fluent English speaker
• Experience in managing finance teams in a senior leadership capacity
• Thrive in a global cross cultural business
• Ideally has experience working with supply chain, logistics and e-commerce platforms
