Job description

Tasks

• Processing of current business transactions (general ledger accounting) for our companies

• Supervision of day-to-day operations as well as accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB within the specified deadlines

• Carrying out payment transactions and monitoring account balances

• Preparation of the monthly BWA, annual balance sheet and statistics

• Posting all business transactions as part of financial accounting

• Processing the dunning process

• Support and maintenance of accounting in the customer's ERP system

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training

• Professional experience in accounting, including financial accounting, document processing, invoicing, dunning, accounts receivable & payable and asset accounting

• Additional qualification e.g. as a tax specialist, accountant or similar is an advantage

• Good expertise with DATEV

• High IT affinity and interest in digital work are desirable
