Your team :

You’ll be part of our Financial Compliance team. Together with your other team members you’ll provide support for all upcoming tasks in financial accounting.

Your new job :

• Be involved in all aspects of accounting, including preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• Take care of account reconciliations – including general ledger, intercompany, and bank accounts – and manage fixed assets.
• Handle incoming and outgoing payments, process invoices and travel expenses, and ensure all transactions are booked correctly.
• Set up payment runs and keep the day-to-day payment process running smoothly.
• Take responsibility for VAT returns, summary reports, and contribute to regular financial reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact for external accounting firms supporting our subsidiaries.

Your background :

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a tax clerk or a similar commercial qualification.
• Youbring several years of experience in financial accounting and feel confident handling the tasks mentioned above.
• Youare comfortable using accounting software and MS Office in your daily work.
• You are comfortable working in multicultural teams and collaborating across different time zones.
• You can effectively communicate in English and German verbally and in writing across all levels.
• You are a team player and you love to share your knowledge and learn from others.
• You would like to work in an environment without a formal hierarchy and are ready to take ownership for your work.
