• You have completed a training as accountant, financial accountant or a comparable commercial training successfully
• You have good accounting knowledge
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• You possess good knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB)
• You work in a careful and precise way
• You enjoy working with numbers
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
• You are confident in using the MS-Office package
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Your English skills are good, written and spoken

Your areas of responsibility:

• Processing current accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Posting business transactions in financial accounting (bank, cash)
• Receivables management and dunning
• Processing payment transactions (SFirm)
• Posting travel expenses and credit card statements
• Reconciling accounts and clarifying differences
• Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Receiving and issuing test banknotes and checking inventory
• Checking the quantity of test banknotes
