We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to enhance financial performance.

This position requires full-time office presence in our office in the city center of Berlin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, budget tracking, and reporting
• Make timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees, control and reconcile bank accounts and bank statements
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure financial processes are aligned with company goals
• Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of financial resources.
• Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Identify and assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Support the management team in strategic financial planning.
• Liaise with external partners, including banks, auditors, and suppliers.
• Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
• Manage the accountants in Spain, Hungary, UK and Switzerland and be the first point of contacts

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software such MS Dynamics and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; German or Spanish or Hungarian are a significant advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
