A leading toy manufacturer is seeking a Finance professional to join their team in Munich. As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the DACH region by improving business performance and leading financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, strong data analytics skills, and international experience in a similar role. This position offers flexible working arrangements, including a hybrid model with an average of 3 days in the office.

This role will be part of the Markets & Channels Finance Business Partnering team, a group of finance professionals who support markets and channels across the world to deliver
The LEGO Group vision and short term as well as long term business results. The role will be in the Markets & Channels Western Europe Finance Business Partnering team, with
members spread across various location but working seamlessly together on the same goal.
