We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Business Partner to support our Head of SB&E and leadership team with critical financial insights and decision-making. Your responsibilities

1. Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to the Head of SB&E and senior leadership, offering expert financial guidance.
2. Deliver robust financial analysis, reporting, and support budgeting processes to ensure financial targets are met across the TechOps organization.
3. Evaluate and monitor efficiency and operational excellence initiatives, specifically aiming to keep COGs flat year-on-year.
4. Contribute to risk management by supporting business continuity and network optimization strategies.
5. Champion the simplification, standardization, and automation of financial processes by leveraging advanced IT systems.
6. Serve as a finance reference point for major programs such as TechOps Way Forward, Operational Excellence, and Risk Management.

Your profile

1. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ controlling experience, ideally in Plant or Supply Chain environments.
3. Track record of supporting operational excellence and evaluating business cases.
4. Strong IT skills with proficiency in SAP FI/CO, SAP BW, and a strong affinity for digital solutions.
5. Demonstrates outstanding skill in constructively challenging stakeholders while fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.
6. Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations with a proactive mindset to drive change.
7. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.
