Finance & Business Operations at Kombo – Berlin (On-site).
Hi! I’m Kristina, Operations Lead at Kombo. I’m looking for our first Finance & Business Operations professional to join me in shaping our newly formed Operations team. We are building a central operations function to support rapid growth across Europe, North America, and beyond. This role combines hands-on execution with system-wide process improvement to enable Kombo to scale efficiently and compliantly.
We are looking for a German-speaking FinOps / BizOps professional who will take full ownership of Kombo’s finance operations while supporting People processes and business administration. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from keeping the lights on financially (billing, dunning, reporting) to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
This role is critical to making sure Kombo scales smoothly, remains compliant, is efficient, and remains employee-friendly as we grow in Europe and North America. You’ll join a small, newly established team where you can take real ownership: not just executing processes, but refining and scaling them for the future.
