As Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d), you will work in a modern and innovative store in the best location in Stuttgart and receive comprehensive sales and service training related to our products. You will be part of a dedicated team where fun is not neglected, the Danish Hygge culture is lived, and there is room for your personal development.

Your job

• You support our Store Manager in all areas of personnel management in the store
• As a representative of our Store Manager, you can always be relied upon
• As a passionate salesperson, you are an ambassador for our brand and ensure extraordinary shopping experiences for our guests every day
• You will support personnel deployment planning, warehouse and goods management and inventory
• You support the coordination and implementation of store events in coordination with Retail Operations

• You have experience as a manager in retail, with a proven ability to lead and develop strong teams while supporting the Store Manager in running a successful store
• A hands-on and proactive attitude – you stay active on the shop floor, bring forward ideas, and drive both the team and store forward
• Organizational talent and a strong service orientation characterize you
• You enjoy structure, planning, and budgets; prioritizing is no problem for you, and you always keep your goals in sight
• You have a solution-oriented mindset – you find smart ways to handle daily challenges and stay calm under pressure
• You have strong communication skills, your can-do attitude and positive energy shine through to the team and our guests
• You are fluent in German and have solid English skills, which are a must in our international team

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du unterstützt unseren Store Manager in allen Bereichen des Personalmanagements im Store
• Als Vertretung des Store Managers bist du eine verlässliche Ansprechperson
• Als leidenschaftliche Verkäufer/in bist du Markenbotschafter/in und sorgst täglich für außergewöhnliche Einkaufserlebnisse für unsere Gäste
• Du unterstützt bei der Personaleinsatzplanung, Warenwirtschaft und Inventur
• Du hilfst bei der Koordination und Umsetzung von Store-Events in Abstimmung mit dem Retail Operations Team

• Du liebst Struktur, Planung und Budgets – Prioritäten setzen fällt dir leicht und du verlierst deine Ziele nie aus dem Blick
