The Field Marketing & Channel Marketing Manager for DACH Benelux & Nordics is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing programs that drive brand awareness, demand generation and partner engagement for Five9.

This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution building integrated campaigns delivering high‑impact events and managing co‑marketing activities with key partners. Working closely with regional sales and partner teams you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting pipeline creation and revenue growth across some of Five9's most dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing
  • Regional Planning: Develop and deliver the marketing plan for DACH Benelux and Nordics aligned with sales goals and regional priorities.
  • Campaign Activation: Execute targeted account‑based and vertical‑specific campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Events & Tradeshows: Manage Five9’s participation in industry events, customer roundtables and executive programs from concept through to ROI analysis.
  • Digital & ABM Execution: Localize global campaigns and content to resonate with regional audiences leveraging data insights and 6sense intent signals.
  • Sales Partnership: Align closely with sales leadership to ensure seamless lead follow‑up conversion and campaign transparency.
Channel & Partner Marketing
  • Partner Collaboration: Support strategic and regional partners with joint go‑to‑market initiatives to accelerate demand and revenue.
  • Co‑Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute co‑branded campaigns, webinars and digital initiatives to extend reach into target accounts.
  • MDF Management: Plan and oversee Marketing Development Fund (MDF) spend ensuring strong governance and measurable ROI.
  • Partner Enablement: Equip partners with campaign assets, content and tools to help them market and sell Five9 effectively.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 5 years of B2B marketing experience within technology, SaaS or cloud communications sectors.
  • Proven experience in field and/or partner marketing within DACH and neighbouring regions.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM and event marketing.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (sales, alliances, product, global marketing).
  • Analytical mindset experienced in managing budgets, measuring ROI and reporting outcomes.
  • Fluent in English and German (additional languages such as Dutch or a Nordic language are a plus).
  • Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
