Technical vocational training (Fachkraft für Lüftungstechnik) or technical apprenticeship/University of Applied Sciences degree (FH) in a relevant engineering field
Proven experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC, cleanroom ventilation, air abatement, and air-pollution control systems—ideally in semiconductor fabrication or chemical-plant environments
Strong understanding of system monitoring, critical parameter control, safety regulations, and compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security standards
Ability to support equipment engineers and maintenance teams with ventilation- and exhaust-related system needs, plus experience handling authority communication
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, including energy-reduction and efficiency programs
Fluency in German and working knowledge of English required

This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of all HVAC, air abatement, cleanroom ventilation, and air-pollution control systems that support the semiconductor fab and office facilities. The position focuses on maintaining system uptime, monitoring critical parameters, and providing technical support to equipment and maintenance engineering teams. The role also ensures full compliance with environmental and safety regulations, engages with relevant authorities, and drives continuous improvement initiatives related to system performance and energy efficiency
