About Your Tasks
- You are responsible for end-to-end recruitment and guide candidates throughout the selection process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- You actively contribute to sourcing as well as to recruiting and employer branding initiatives effectively targeting the right audiences.
- You are responsible for development and implementation of a social media recruiting strategy in strong alignment with the Pharma Recruiting Team and Employer Branding.
- You are responsible for selection of suitable channels and channel creation (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- You define KPIs and measurement in alignment with the manager / team lead.
- You are responsible for creation and publication of target group‑specific posts, stories, reels, videos in strong alignment with the pharma recruiting team.
- Active interaction and relationship management with users and potential candidates.
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- You bring 13 years of professional experience in recruiting and you have strong knowledge of social media tools.
- You are confident in approaching candidates familiar with modern recruiting tools and skilled at identifying and engaging talent.
- You enjoy working with data and use recruiting analytics to support decision‑making and improve processes.
- You communicate fluently and confidently both in writing and verbally in English and German. Preferably you also speak Dutch.
