Your Job

• Develop, assess, and implement advanced end-to-end optimisation and simulation models to evaluate complex operational scenarios.
• Analyse and interpret extensive datasets to derive strategic insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior cross-functional teams to align simulation goals with business strategy.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and validate simulation results for accuracy and reliability.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Stay updated with trends in simulation and data science to drive innovation.

Your Profile

• Degree in data science, operations research, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in developing and applying simulation models in complex environments, with knowledge of AI technologies like reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, MATLAB.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
