We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the broader commercial team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and assisting with team projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys contributing to both executive‑level priorities and team‑wide initiatives.

Your Role in Our Space Mission
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CCO, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow‑ups for executive meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the CCO and team members (flights, hotels, ground transportation).
  • Manage team calendars, ensuring alignment across departments and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
  • Support with meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering, and technical setup.
  • Assist with planning and execution of team events, offsites, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on presentations, PowerPoint decks, and promotional materials.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and meeting preparation, ensuring materials are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
  • Track expenses and support budget management for travel and events.
  • Provide ad hoc support across the team as needed.
Qualification Checklist
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Legal Studies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role.
