• Professionelle Entlastung im Tagesgeschäft

• Volle Verantwortung und Teilnahme an allen Kommunikationsplattformen
• Verantwortlich für Personalanforderungen
• Erledigung der telefonischen und schriftlichen Korrespondenz
• Vollumfängliches Travel-Management (weltweit) sowie Reisekostenabrechnung, Koordination der Visabeschaffung
• Terminkoordination und -überwachung
• Unterstützung bei Organisation / Koordination von internen und externenMeetings / Veranstaltungen auf internationaler Ebene
• Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationsunterlagen
• Kommunikation mit internen Entscheidungsträgern
• Erstellung und Freigabe von Bestellanforderungen und Rechnungen nach Abstimmung
• Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, alternativ Ausbildung zur Fremdsprachen-/ Europasekretärin, Managementassistentin oder einer ähnlichen kaufmännischen Ausbildung
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office, SAP und Internet
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Hohe verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationskompetenz
• Solide betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
• Sicheres Auftreten, höfliche Umgangsformen, Selbstbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsmentalität
• Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement und hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation
• Eigenständige, systematische und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Belastbarkeit, auch unter Termindruck
• Stark ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
• Hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Verlässlichkeit
