We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support our leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role combines office management, executive assistance, and team coordination, making it ideal for a dynamic individual with excellent multitasking skills.

Additionally, you will be instrumental in hosting executive and customer visits, and providing crucial assistance to our Sabre DACH team members, ensuring they thrive in their roles and find the support they need.



Role And Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor management, pre-accounting tasks, POs management etc. ensuring smooth communication in both English and German.
  • Serve as the executive assistant to our Managing Director, requiring excellent command of English for high-level correspondence and coordination.
  • Perform standard, advanced, and confidential project duties, requiring broad experience and strong English language skills to navigate organizational policies and practices.
  • Organize and execute various internal and external activities and events, often involving English-speaking stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with various international Sabre departments (e.g., People Team, Communications, Health & Safety, and Finance).
