Multi-faceted topic expert

In this role you will be the subject matter expert on the breadth of ISS ESG solutions - spanning topics such as corporate sustainability ratings ESG controversy screenings SDG impact measurement climate research sustainable finance regulatory solutions (EU Taxonomy SFDR PAI) or engagement initiatives. You will assist clients with queries on research content and methodology and provide technical assistance on the usage of online platforms and data delivery.

Interactive & dynamic coordinator promoter & solution finder

Your impact as the ESG Client Relations Manager builds a bridge between client / market needs and internal departments. And provides feedback on needed products / services and help prioritize product development this role you will collaborate with sales account executives assisting with information needs of potential and existing clients. You will coordinate with the data deliverable team to set up regular or ad hoc data deliveries for clients and further interacts with the research team to gain further in-depth topic insight.

What You Bring To The Table

Team player with a collaborative mindset and positive can-do outlook

Fluency in German full professional proficiency in English

Ability to work independently pro-active solution finding

Ability to grasp a broad stakeholder landscape multiple work processes and understand interlinkages

Strong project & time management / organizational / multi-tasking skills

Willingness to investigate and dig into the details of data and screens

A strong interest in ESG and responsible investment

Experience or strong interest in client facing roles and ability to understand key client needs
