In this role, you will support organizations across the EU in shaping and evolving their enterprise architecture to align technology with long-term business strategy. You will work closely with business leaders, architects, and technical teams to assess current landscapes, define target states, and drive transformation initiatives. The position offers exposure to diverse, international projects across complex environments, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on architectural work. You will contribute to high‑impact decisions that influence business processes, technology roadmaps, and governance models. Operating in a multicultural setting, you will engage in cross‑border collaboration and stakeholder discussions. Accountabilities
  • Assess existing enterprise architectures and contribute to the definition of target‑state architectures aligned with strategic goals.
  • Perform business process analysis and support maturity assessments across organizational and technology domains.
  • Prepare architectural studies, business cases, roadmaps, and structured recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams.
  • Support solution evaluations and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
  • Produce clear architectural documentation, models, and presentations to support decision‑making.
  • Participate in international, multilingual meetings and presentations within cross‑functional project teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a Master’s degree is considered a strong advantage.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or closely related roles.
  • TOGAF certification or an equivalent enterprise architecture certification is required.
  • Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, modeling techniques, and business process analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear studies and architectural documentation.
  • Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to connect strategic objectives to technical solutions.
  • English proficiency at B2 to C1 level, with confidence in international working environments.
