Your contribution to success
  • Regularly review and adapt the QA system in production and quality control to the latest state of science and technology,
  • Preparation, approval and archiving of GMP documents in the area of quality assurance,
  • Supporting production, quality control and sales in the preparation of GMP documents,
  • Preparation of liability agreements and QA agreements,
  • Preparation and follow-up of inspections by the authorities,
  • Conducting self‑inspections, audits of contract manufacturers, suppliers and contract laboratories in accordance with GMP,
  • Implementation of laws, regulations and guidelines in the QA system
  • Ensure that quality issues are fully documented, investigated and resolved (change control, deviations, handling of OOS and OOT).
This qualifies you
  • University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology or comparable training in a scientific and technical field
  • Professional experience in quality assurance in a GMP company as well as first experience in auditing and inspections are desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Independent, meticulous and well‑structured work style
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and a high degree of reliability
