A global technology firm is seeking an experienced Embedded Senior Sales Executive for its expanding sales team in Germany. This role focuses on developing and managing accounts in industrial automation across Europe. Candidates should possess strong B2B sales experience, a robust understanding of embedded systems, and excellent communication skills. We’re expanding our Global sales team and looking for an experienced Embedded Senior Sales Executive, Industrial Automation to help us grow our footprint in this fast-evolving market.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of Tuxera’s growth in industrial automation. You’ll work with cutting-edge embedded and edge software solutions, helping customers build reliable, scalable, and intelligent automation systems.
You’re a sales professional who enjoys combining technical insight with consultative selling—comfortable discussing both business value and system architecture. You’ll open new doors, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver real customer impact.
Own and grow industrial automation accounts across Europe, developing and executing strategic sales plans
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
Drive adoption of embedded and edge software in factory automation, robotics, warehouse automation, and machine control
Build partnerships with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and industrial end customers
Collaborate closely with global engineering teams to scope and support complex technical solutions
Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to shape go-to-market strategy
Proven B2B sales experience in industrial automation or related software domains
Strong understanding of embedded systems and industrial software environments
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, from technical teams to executive stakeholders
Experience with PLCs, SCADA, MES, IoT/IIoT, robotics, and edge computing
Exposure to verticals such as automotive, manufacturing, energy, semiconductors, and logistics
Awareness of key trends including Industry 4.0, digital twins, predictive maintenance, and AI-driven automation
Ability to engage OEMs, system integrators, and industrial end-users, influencing roles from automation engineers to plant managers and CTOs
