Key Responsibilities

• Head up the fitout of data halls within data centre projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Manage subcontractors involved in electrical installations, including containment, mains, and cabling.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all electrical work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to project stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Proactively identify and address project issues, risks, and challenges to minimize disruptions and delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in data centre construction, with a strong background in electrical fitouts.
• Proven track record of managing subcontractors and coordinating complex construction projects.
• Expertise in electrical containment, mains installation, and cabling within data centre environments.
• Strong team-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Autonomous and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
