Role Summary

As a Document Control & Management Engineer (m/f/d), you will be the architect of our knowledge base, ensuring all threads come together. You have the unique opportunity to co-design and optimize processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  1. Pioneer Work: You will develop and implement a forward-looking document management system for our cutting-edge semiconductor fab, establishing new standards.
  2. Strategic Design: You take full ownership of managing all project-related documents, from creation to archiving, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Connected Communicator: You will be the central interface between engineers, project managers, and external partners, ensuring smooth information flow and actively driving the acquisition of necessary documents.
  4. Drive Efficiency: You proactively identify optimization potentials, implement best practices, and contribute significantly to cost optimization and process improvement.
Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, Business Administration (with a focus on operations, processes or project management) or related fields.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in the semiconductor industry or a similar high-tech manufacturing environment, as well as proven experience in managing documentation for large-scale construction and manufacturing projects.
  3. Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and document control software (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud).
  4. Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive communication strengths.
  5. Language Skills: Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1) are essential for international collaboration.
