Mission: You are responsible for the sales area in our region south Germany, including five hotels of three different brands.

Your tasks:

  • Develop a commercial strategy aligned with the business plan and revenue budget for the hotels in your area of responsibility.
  • Define sales targets in collaboration with Revenue Management colleagues.
  • Develop the Commercial Strategy aligning with Business Plan and revenue budget for hotels and signature restaurant OBEN in our hotel Meliá Frankfurt City in your own responsibility.
  • Monitor and coordinate sales targets and take necessary measures to achieve them.
  • Lead and motivate your sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Create budgets aligned with action plans for different business sources and markets.
  • Lead regular follow-up meetings and present your region together with Revenue Management.
  • Maintain close contact with hotel General Managers and look after your hotels.
  • Maintain relationships and represent the Meliá Hotels International brand.
  • Work closely with the marketing team.
  • Report directly to the Sales VP in Spain.


What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Passion for the job, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for customer contact.
  • Enjoy working with numbers and possess analytical skills.
  • Ability to see the team as a whole while responding to individual strengths and needs.
  • Market knowledge.
