What's this role about?

*Role Overview:* We are seeking a high-impact Director of New Business Development to join our DACHs team. You will focus on generating leads, prospecting, and securing new clients to drive revenue growth. With at least 10 years of experience in selling IT Professional Services across various verticals, you will play a crucial role in establishing Endava as the go-to brand for services expertise. *Key Responsibilities:* * Serve as a trusted advisor, showcasing our IT Professional Services and building long-term client relationships. * Identify and target potential clients through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and online research. * Manage the complete sales cycle from client acquisition to deal closure. * Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects. * Negotiate, manage, and close strategic new business deals. * Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. * Develop and expand large existing accounts. * Leverage your industry knowledge to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology challenges within your vertical. * Participate in speaking events, workshops, panels, and conferences to share your expertise.

What skills and experience do you need?

* 10+ years of new business development experience focused on selling offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services. * Proven track record of success in achieving $5M+ sales quotas annually. * Strong sales experience with skills in prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, negotiating, and closing contracts. * Ability to engage and influence VP and C-level decision-makers. * Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets. * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
